Sing for Your Supper with Bob Waggoner

Poached Farm Eggs/Pan-Seared Red Snapper with Esco

Series Website »
Episode Guide »
Bob proves that eggs are, once again, not just for breakfast anymore, and they make for a great appetizer with his Burgundy-style Pinot Noir Poached Farm Eggs. Bob then cooks up the catch of the day with very special guest chef, actress Sylvia Jefferies from the ABC hit series "Nashville." Together they prepare Pan-Seared Red Snapper and Mussels served over saffron whipped potatoes and an orange-chive sauce. Guest Performer: Escondido. Escondido is Nashville, TN based artists Jessica Maros and Tyler James. Their debut album, released in February 2013, featured songs that range from the Tom Petty/Fleetwood Mac-influenced pop numbers to the lovelorn country ballads "Special Enough" and "Willow Tree."
