And for the entree, Bob and his audience "chef of the day" prepare Seared Gulf Snapper Filet over Baby Spinach, surrounded by sweet onions and potato pearls in a beech mushroom cap jus. Guest Performer: Brandon Heath. Brandon Heath, a two-time GMA Male Vocalist and five-time Grammy nominee, is one of Christian music's most beloved and respected artists. His 2009 GMA Song of the Year, "Give Me Your Eyes," topped the charts for an amazing eight weeks.
